EE states pain on R knee is moderate to severe depending on the movement red marks noted and is warmth to touch severe limping when walking felt pain when bending heard a pop upon stretching R knee out swelling measures 1-2 inches in length. EE states pain on R ankle is severe. EE states pain on R shoulder is mild. RN disposition is self care as injury is new and self care measures have not been tried yet and symptoms do not seem needing referral to medical care.
