EE is able to walk but is unable to stand up straight. Pain is mild when sitting but when he tries to stand up straight or move a certain way pain is more severe. He is currently walking with a limp. Initial disposition of self-care was upgraded to UC within 24 hours due to duration and severity of symptoms.
