Before the incident
DA was delivering to an apartment complex from the driver seat they went to the back of the van grabbed the package and opened the side sliding door. They were stepped out of the van and proceeded to walk to the complex to make the delivery.
What happened
DA turned around and saw that the van was rolling backwards. DA attempted to stop the van by trying to open the passanger door and jump in. DA tripped and held on to the passanger door as it was open. DA got pinned against a retaining wall by the passanger door as the van stopped.
