Before the incident
She arrived at the location looked for the package for said specific location Two dogs ran from the back side of house barking at her over a ledge she walked to the staircase where the owner met her to receive their package as soon as the owner made it to the stairs one dog ran down stairs and bit her in the stomach she called the dog off she attempted to get back in her truck but the dog ran back down stairs she then called the dog again to sit and stay at the top of the stairs so she could get in but when she walked back down to the stairs to try to get the package he ran back down the stairs and started barking again she called him once more but he didnt listen and bit her in the leg when she was bit the first time she let the owner know he bit her but she didnt put him up
