Locating a squeak in an exhaust fan on line 9 oven by manually turning the belt and listening for which bearing has the issue.
What happened
[REDACTED] was working on the line 9 [REDACTED] exhaust fan. After locking and tagging out the exhaust fan. [REDACTED] was manually turning the belt trying to find the source of a squeak. He was being cautious about turning it; however his glove was pinched in between the belt and the pulley pulling his finger in and cutting the side tip of his finger. [REDACTED] was sent to urgent care. Urgent care cleaned and dressed the injury and sent [REDACTED] to the ER.
