What happened
[REDACTED] was working on Line 8 when she attempted to move a package of product on the floor by kicking it out of the way. After turning around she slipped and fell landing on her right arm. The floor was confirmed to be dry at the time of the incident. Employee Statement: [REDACTED] reported that her shoes frequently feel slippery and contribute to instability while walking. She also stated she has a history of a prior fracture in the same arm and was experiencing shooting pain from the injury site up to her spine. Immediate Response: Safety was called to the scene at [REDACTED]. The supervisor applied an ice pack to [REDACTED] arm. Due to the nature of her symptoms and her prior injury [REDACTED] requested medical evaluation. Perry Ambulance was dispatched and transported her to Wyoming County Community Hospital for further assessment.-[REDACTED]
