Inspecting line 11 after cleaning process.
What happened
An employee while inspecting line 11 after it was cleaned broke one of our serious safety rules by going under a conveyor belt that was running. During an inexplicable moment of not being aware of the extreme hazard tried to wipe debris off of a roller on the conveyor belt. His finger entered the in running nip point. This caused his hand and arm to be pulled in to the armpit between the roller and the belt. The conveyor was shut off and disassembled in order to free employee from the machine.
