What happened
An employee hit their finger on the lasagna belt frame while scrubbing the floor on line 13. While scrubbing the floor with a long-handled scrub brush the employee 's hand slipped off of the handle and struck the frame of the lasagna belt. The employee went to the locker room; a supervisor followed the employee to the locker room to make sure the employee was ok. The employee thought her finger was jammed so signed a medical declination. On [REDACTED] the employee 's finger was still very sore. The employee went to urgent care where the diagnosis was that the finger is fractured.
