Injuries to his head and left arm that were sustained during an altercation with a patient who was attempting to elope.

What happened

The employees written description of the incident is as follows. At approximately [REDACTED] while I was on a watch for Room 11. The patient in Room 12 Mother came out of the room and frantically stated He 's going to run! Patient then ran out of the room down hall around nurse 's station headed east down the hall towards the main lobby. I followed him I then witnessed patient head towards [REDACTED] running down the hallway. I caught up to the patient in [REDACTED] courtyard where a Maintenance worker [REDACTED] had stopped him. Patient began sobbing and then ran back past me headed towards [REDACTED] main entrance doors. Security Officer [REDACTED] catches up to patient in entry way and gently grabbed patient then guided him to the ground. Maintenance worker assisted with holding patient getting patient back up and escorting him with Security to ED. Patient was placed back in his room.
