As told to EHO by [REDACTED] employee was crossing the street tripped and fell was seen in ED where she was diagnosed with Liver laceration. She was sent to SUNY Upstate hospital [REDACTED]. As entered in injury report [REDACTED]: I was returning from the pharmacy after attempting to pick up a patient medication. I was walking up the sidewalk near the [REDACTED] when I tripped on uneven sidewalk. I threw me forward and I could not catch myself. I landed very hard face first on the sidewalk striking my right side of cheek right chest wall ribs. It knocked the wind out of me and lay on sidewalk trying to catch my breath for what felt like several minutes. Apparently a Medical response was called and several people came to help me. I wa assisted to the ER.
