Before the incident

Upon returning to the vehicle the DA discovered that the car was stuck in the driveway due to the icy conditions. The DA then exited the vehicle from the driver-side door to assess the situation and proceeded to circle the vehicle—from the driver side to the rear and then to the passenger side.

What happened

While walking toward the front end of the passenger side near the area of the rear axles wheels the DA slipped with their feet sweeping toward the vehicle’s wheel and fell onto the right side of their body
