While 1 employee ([REDACTED]) was holding the front beam of the bottom shelf the other employee ([REDACTED]) was removing the pins. 1 of the 4 pins had been removed. While [REDACTED] was removing the 2nd pin the beam from the shelf above collapsed. This resulted in the 2x6s that form the shelf to fall forward and hit [REDACTED] in the head. [REDACTED] caught the beam. The 2x6s caused a 1inch deep laceration on the top right of [REDACTED] 's head.
