Before the incident
During routine cleaning tasks EE was using a cleaning solution to disinfect restroom fixtures. While spraying the solution she inadvertently inhaled a significant amount of the fumes. Within minutes she began experiencing difficulty breathing coughing and wheezing indicating a severe asthma episode.
