FIREFIGHTER [REDACTED] WAS PARTICIPATING IN A TRAINING BURN. AFTER COMPLETING THE SET AND REMOVING HER GLOVES SHE REPORTED TO THE SAFETY OFFICER THAT SHE HAD BURNS IN TWO PLACES ON HER RIGHT THUMB. A BLISTER FORMED ON ONE OF THE BURN SPOTS. EMPLOYEE DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL TREATMENT.
