What happened
EE states he was selecting his order when he was removing a pallet from the roller rack the pallet got stuck. When the pallet got stuck EE pulled the pallet and felt pain on his lower mid back.

Rolling rack. When you remove a pallet off of this rack another pallet is supposed to come down. The wheel was jammed by a piece of shrink wrap. The EE stepped inside of the rack and when the pallet came down it struck the EE then the EE went to lift the pallet straining his back.
