EE was approaching the ice bin in order to get ice for a box he was packing. He then got the ice needed from the bin and began to walk away when the incident occurred.
What happened
As EE was getting ice EE did not realize the plastic wrap was wrapped around his feet so when he stepped away he fell on the concrete floor and landed on his R knee.
