Banding three hydrant extension to a pallet going out for transfer.
What happened
EE was banding three hydrant extensions going out on a transfer. EE was wearing his gloves ratchetting the band down to the material he sealed the band together and the rachet got stuck. EE pulled the rachet to try and get it unstuck from between the hydrant extension and pinky finger was pinched between the ratchet and the hydrant extension bolt.
