What happened
Team member was working at robot 11 04. She was taking a tacked hitch (13364) out of the fixture when she felt a pain in her left wrist causing her fingers to go numb and a pain to shoot up her arm. She immediately wanted to go to the hospital where she was taken. Pictures will be added of the robot tack station and the fixture with a hitch and one without a hitch in it.
