Before the incident
Assisting a disabled person in a wheelchair with their luggage in the overhead bin.
What happened
A disabled passenger came up in a wheelchair and asked for assistance with their luggage. I of course said yes. As we were both beginning to lift the baggage into the overhead bin that was very heavy the elderly gentleman let go of the bag which forced me to jerk my body back unexpectedly to the right to try to keep the luggage from falling on the passenger that was below.
