What happened
[REDACTED] on lift with pallet with metal parts. Was going to put pallet away in racking. Raised forks to put up in the was looking up to ensure he was in the correct location in the racking. Pallet shifted and debris came down getting in his right. Wearing correct PPE. Rubbed eye to get whatever it was out. Went to restroom to rinse eyes used hose from waste station area did not get out used eye wash station still did not get it out. Left to receive treatment.
