What happened
A material handler was driving down the fab aisle and got a particle in his eye. The TM was wearing appropriate PPE (safety glasses) and noted he was also wearing a hat. TM tried washing eye out with drops to no avail escalated to using the eye wash station. Thought it was slightly better and particle was gone but was not the case.
