Coming down tractor steps backwards.
What happened
When stepping from bottom step to the ground the gap was farther than he thought it was due to being on uneven pavement. This caused him to lose balance and fall backwards. Reached out to catch his fall with right arm onto the warehouse door. Right arm shoulder and side of body still struck hard into the door.
