Worker reports he was in the trailer; the hooked roller started to fall; he went to catch the end of the roller to re-hook it and the curve bracket come off of the wall of the trailer.

What happened

Worker reports his weight shifted when the curve bracket come off the wall and worker fell out of the trailer jumping across the roller to not fall on it; initially landed on his feet then fell back on to his bottom.

Worker reports initially feeling a shock pain to his R leg then it felt numb and now reports it is not as numb but tingles. Worker reports he has scratches like road rash on his left leg from the gravels and states he feels like he pulled a muscle in the center of his low back. Rates back pain 5 10 and describes the pain as sharp. Dx: strain sprain contusion lumbosacral bilateral knees bilateral lower legs

Object or substance involved

Unknown cause of the roller to start falling and states the curve bracket easily come loose from the wall of the trailer. Roller fell trying to avoid and fell out of trailer onto gravel
