Before the incident
Getting ready to rig a finished sprayer unit to the hoist.
What happened
Employee just finished building a sprayer unit. He went to apply a strap to the unit and connect to the hoist. He removed the C-clamps first which hold the unit on the sawhorses. He removed those clamps before rigging the unit to the hoist. By doing this the unit lost stability and it fell off the sawhorses and landed on him pinning him between the unit and a rack of parts.
