What happened
The Assistant Banquet [REDACTED] received a phone call at [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] from Banquet server stating that the Employee had fallen and he needed to hurry and come to the service hallway. When he arrived at the scene the Employee was laying on the floor unconscious. He immediately called [REDACTED]. Before EMS arrived the Employee started moving and speaking. EMS treated the Employee and suggested that she go with them to the hospital. She left with EMS at [REDACTED].
