Before the incident
Guarding my patient during balance walking task of side stepping.
What happened
Patient begins to festinate and his feet get tangled and he begins to have a large loss of balance. I am holding onto patient 's gait belt with my left hand and pull up quickly and twist my wrist 180 degrees in order to increase tension on the gait belt. When I twisted my wrist I also hyper pronated and heard felt a pop with immediate pain.
