SAIA team member working in Rear 1 reached inside the backboard turnstile to retrieve a backboard to complete the process (per standard work).

Tugger driver was transporting a cart loaded with armrest kits-including foam parts and trim boxes-to the armrest station. The cart had two trim boxes on the bottom and one on the top with the top box weighing 20Ibs. As the TBAKI tugger passed near the SAIA rear cushion line the cart tipped over and struck the SAIA [REDACTED] rear 60 40 backboard turnstile. Simultaneously the SAIA team member working in Rear 1 reached inside the backboard turnstile to retrieve a backboard to complete the process (per standard work) which allowed the struck turnstile to strike the SAIA Team Member 's left forearm (verified via video).
