She was moving some empty boxes to a spot next to the receiving door and had to walk around the pallet on the floor.
What happened
She stated that her surgical shoe cover caught and snagged on the corner of the empty pallet when she walked around it caused her to slip and fall all the way down to the floor. during the fall most of her body weight landed on her right knee first before falling the rest of the way to the floor. her right knee proceeded to start to swell and bruise immediately after they injury.
