What happened
While selecting in aisle 16 in the GDC department the associate attempted to reach for a case at the back of the pallet in a p2 slot. Left hand braced the crossbeam for support. Upon reaching the back left corner of the pallet it fell off the beam causing the pallet to shift and pinch the left pinkie finger.
