What happened
A forklift driver was attempting to pass another associate in an aisle in the warehouse. As the forklift was passing the associate their outrigger caught a pallet racking leg which caused the driver to loose control and turn into the associate standing nearby. The opposite outrigger landed on the standing associate 's foot.
