Performing a CIL Task - see question 17 for details

EE was performing a routine CIL retaping of the V-frame. They walked to the opposite side of the machine to get measurement to retape the V-frame. While returning to the toolbox the EE walked behind another employee applying arrows on the bag machine and misjudged the step down and tripped into a moving pallet jack that happened to be going by at the same time to deliver packaging into cell 1. EE hit their face into the pallet jack cutting their lip and breaking their tooth. Team member was initially given first aid on site. First responders evaluated controlled bleeding and was transported to local ER for further assessment. 1 stitch was given to lip and then referred to an emergency dentist.
