What happened
Employee was operating line 430 and their draw tape ran out from the draw tape module. The employee then retrieved a draw tape pancake to replace the empty and when grabbing the draw tape pancake from the full pallet which weighed 38.5 pounds it slipped from their hands and fell approximately 3 to 4 feet on the metatarsal part of their right foot causing bruising swelling and black and blue. Ice was used to treat the swelling.
