Employee was washing dishes in the dish room alone when she poured soap into dishes it splashed into her eyes specifically the left one. Eye immediately became irritated she rinsed her eye with water and then informed her supervisor about the incident. Nursing staff took her to an eyewash station where she rinsed her eye out but eye remained irritated and she wanted to seek more medical help regarding it as she was having trouble opening her eye and remained in pain.
