Operator was kneeled down next to chamber 1 spraying cheese out from under the chambers.
What happened
When operator was spraying cheese from under vacuum chamber 1 the piping above press header 7 began to leak. This caused caustic started to run down the outside of chamber splashing the surrounding area. Chamber 1 was in Caustic rinse step.
