What happened
The stabilizers were not in place and the wind swung the ADA ramp towards the aircraft and pushback. In order to stop the ramp from causing any damage to the aircraft and pushback employee jumped in front of the ADA ramp and stopped it with his hand. When his hand made contact with the ramp it caught his finger and bent the fingers slightly back.
