Employee was trying to close the door by pulling the handle on the right-hand side of the door. She pulled the handle about 4-5 times so she could close it and she thinks that 's when she strained her right arm. She finally got the door to close on the 5th try. The employee then had to push the ramp back and she thinks with that movement it made it worse.
