[REDACTED] was laying in return of a waste system conveyor. When he went to roll out he rolled onto his welding hood. Trying not to crush his welding hood he shifted over and landed his left shoulder on the ground. [REDACTED] initially declined medical attention but he sought medical treatment on [REDACTED]. We did not find out until [REDACTED] that [REDACTED] saw a doctor for his shoulder.
