Before the incident

Employee initially alerted supervisor that they had nearly fallen but were caught by another employee. After review of security cameras it was discovered that the employee was sitting on a drum of material leaned on a pallet jack to reach over to grab a bin of product went to sit back on the drum but didnt quite reach. They slid down the side of the drum and landed on the pallet the drum was situated on. EE now complains of back pain and requested an appointment at the HealthPartners occupational medicine clinic. EE visited occ health clinic on [REDACTED] and was given work restrictions and prescribed medications.
