Before the incident
Unloading passenger in wheelchair into bus.
What happened
When i was backing into the driveway my driver side rear tire went off the driveway causing the bus to sit at a little tilt to the drivers side. this tilt did not effect loading the passengers on the lift but it did cause the wheelechair to roll off the lift while unloading into the bus very fast with a very heavy passenger and wheelchair causing the wheelchair to push me and pin me against the folded up seat behind me. causing injury to my neck.
