What happened
Employee was getting their clipboard from the bulk area of the production floor and when they turned to walk away they tripped over a pallet on the floor that was hard to see due to fog coming out of the CPs. When they fell they landed hard on their knee on top of the pallet then fell backwards onto their rear. Incident resulted in a swollen bruised knee and thigh area.
