Operator was driving fork truck and attempting to dump a hopper with green ware.
What happened
he operator removed themself from the truck unlatched the safety latch and used a tool or what they described as a stick to lift the lever and dump the hopper. As they applied force upward the stick shifted and the operator exerted more force and overextended. The operator reported a pop in their left shoulder and tingling sensation in their fingers. The operator sought medical attention offsite and did not return to work.
