Before the incident
[REDACTED] was working in cell #3 at the third station. [REDACTED] realized they did not have enough cans retrieved a new bin of cans went to check on some fixtures that they were gluing they then turned back to put the bins of cans away.
What happened
When [REDACTED] turned away from station 3 their left foot got caught tangled with the power cord of a personal fan that had been placed at foot level. [REDACTED] fell landing with right leg knee ankle and wrist.
