Parking the delivery van and about to retrieve and scan the package she was assigned to deliver at that stop.
What happened
Driver thinks the packages shifted during driving and when she parked and stood up to retrieve the package from a top shelf another box started to fall on her. She tried to catch it but missed and since teh box weight approximately 7 pounds its tweaked her shoulder when she tried catching it missing it grazed her head causing her to have a headache.
