What happened
Employee was clearing a jammed box from the box loader. At the same time another employee was loading boxes from the opposite side. One of two tension bars used to maintain pressure against the boxes to hold them in place suddenly returned to its original position. When that occurred the bar struck the employee 's right hand resulting in the injury.
