What happened
Firefighter Paramedic ([REDACTED]) were working out at the gym doing a circuit. He was doing bear crawls when he felt a sharp pain in his right wrist. He thought it would get better if he rested it but when he started to use his wrist again the pain got worse. He went to his doctor who gave him an MRI scan. The scan showed that he had a tear in the central membranous portion of the TFC.
