Repairing sealer machine
What happened
Employee was working on sealer machine in Tiromat with power off. After repairs were completed another maintenance technician checked everyone was clear and turned power back on. Employee 's hand was back in the machine after everyone confirmed they were clear by stepping back and putting hands up and stating okay once cleared. E-stop was engaged at first sight sound of danger emergency. Clamp was in the down position with employees hand trapped with the heater on Line operatorheard screams and came in to disengage the clamp to free the employee 's hand.
