Before the incident
Team member was loading a trailer. While loading units into the top TM was using a step stool. After he placed the units he forgot he was on a step stool and stepped backward. He missed a step and fell on his left arm

Team Member was loading at a door was using a yellow step stool to put something on the back of the trailer. When team member was done loading he missed the last step and fell causing him to hit his left arm. No medical received continued to work.
