Before the incident
[REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a TM was restacking a HP pallet when she felt a pain in her right shoulder. She did not report it stating that she felt it pull but thought the pain would go away. She came to me [REDACTED] because it is still bothering her and pain is now extending down to her elbow. We called [REDACTED] and the TM was directed to seek medical treatment. TM left for the day to do so.

The employee was stacking a skid with product and started having pain in her right shoulder that goes through to the right elbow.

While restacking a pallet a pain was felt in her shoulder (right). Today 4 22 the pain is extending to her elbow and the shoulder blade feels pressure and there is a burning on the front side.
