Before the incident
[REDACTED] twisted her left ankle at receiving station 2. When she attempted to stepped back she rolled her ankle. She did choose to leave [REDACTED]. She had no plans to seek medical attention and did return to work today. When we called [REDACTED] the nurse did direct her to see her a Dr within 24 hours of incident so she did leave [REDACTED] to be seen by [REDACTED].
What happened
She turned left backwards and stepped backwards with her left foot. Her shoe caught the carpet on the mat and she twisted her left ankle. During triage of her left ankle she reports left hip pain and lower back pain from twisting.
