On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] the Operations Manager followed up with [REDACTED] to ensure he had no pain; [REDACTED] confirmed his shoulder had no pain denied medical care and returned to work full duty. [REDACTED] was unable to name the specific location date or time that he initially felt this pain but reports that he overreaches when pushing items across the belt and remembers being staffed in Bulk Receiving and belt conveyor sorting when the pain initially started. Team member requested to call nurse advice today and was referred to see the clinic in the [REDACTED].
